Alexander Ma
Chief Editor
Alexander is a scientist & philosopher and he was already mesmerized by the idea of capturing women and letting them suffer „beautifully“ long before he discovered rope.
Bettina
Bettina discovered rope and so much more in 2019 and hasn’t looked back—except in wonder. She’s interested in the paradoxes and contradictions of being human and how suffering changes us. She writes, translates and thrives in Berlin.
Clover
Clover’s journey into kinbaku and photography began with the discovery of a series of illustrations featuring beautiful women suffering in Japanese bondage. A desire to live these experiences and feel these intense emotions led her down a path of discovery. A personal journey as a model, and also the desire to search for this emotion and authenticity within the models she photographs, it is her eye for detail and empathy for the experience that leads to her abilityo produce emotionally loaded images.
Dark Path
Nordic couple who has been together since 2016. Interests vary from everything BDSM to Nordic nature. They are very passionate about exploring the dark side of things.
Door
I am a kinbaku model and a connoisseur of pain, especially emotional. I love how kinbaku emphasises and fetishises the beauty of the struggle, the suffering and the resignation, but especially, I love how it shows the beauty of the sacrifice of the model for their rigger.
Iter Impius
The Path of the Wicked. Musician, fan of heavier sounds. Fascinated by the shadow. Kinbaku became part of my life almost three years ago. Every step of this journey helped me discover new ways of thinking. The most useful tools for me are my strict mind and technical approach.
Kaley
Nordic couple who has been together since 2016. Interests vary from everything BDSM to Nordic nature. They are very passionate about exploring the dark side of things.
Komainu
Kinbaku became part of my life in 2019. People often think I cry during a scene, because it hurts, but what they don’t know is that I cry, because if finally doesn’t. I find practicing ropes to be most authentic, challenging und reviving.
Margout Darko
Margout is a writer, fetish model, and porn performer and producer. Together with her partner Zor, travels around the world, teaches kinbaku at their venue in Spain and shoots video with their adult films company Eroteric.
Mari
Mari, who lives in Berlin, has been discovering the world of Semenawa since 2018, where she has discovered the deepest, most beautiful eroticism she can imagine.
NawaTaNeko
In Kinbaku, Natasha is looking for true emotions and authenticity and sees rope bondage as deeply intimate and erotic practice that has also a profound transformational potential.
Noirot
Noirot fell deeply in love with beautiful suffering through rope bondage. In his spare time, he helps create rope and fetish events in Prague.
Saara Rei
Saara is a mathematician, dancer, and classical musician who’s been getting happily tied up and tortured since 2014. She believes that it’s impossible to hide what’s truly present while doing ropes, and that this guaranteed vulnerability is what makes the act so profound.
Samuel
Samuel is a rigger based in Rotterdam. In 2015 kinbaku stole his heart so he gave it his life. Focussing on the emotional side of rope and semenawa, challenging the model to come closer together and wallow in the sadness that clouds everyday life.
Serotinal
Ever since she was a young girl, grown up and living in the Netherlands, Serotinal was fascinated by the thought of giving up control to someone else by being bound. When the moment finally came, she knew rope bondage would become a great part of her life.
Swen Brandy
Swen Brandy is a perverted media art slut from Stuttgart/Berlin, Germany. He is a photographer, graphic designer, art director, art film maker, co-founder of the PURE Kink Do- cumentary. He is also a kink educator who specializes in Play-Shooting and Bodywork.
Wykd Dave
Though renowned for his technical ability, skill and knowledge, Dave always stresses that technique is a tool to be used in the service of expression and emotion. The motto on his website reads “I don’t do rope. I do people…but Ido them with rope!”
Zor
Zor is a nomad rigger, rope student, rope educator and photographer / videographer originally from Canary Islands. He has a long classical education in kinbaku with different Japanese masters, but embraced asymmetry and kuzushi for his own style. He also has an adult production company with Margout Darko.
